Same. I love @T3hPwnisher’s rebuttal to this that the dumb meathead stereotype exists for a reason and it’s because getting big and strong isn’t at all complicated, it’s just hard to do.

Yes, but fair warning–if your calves are anything like mine, you’ll need to wear about 5 pair to achieve this effect.

I know im being vague but …yes either one.

Well you get people that over think it and lose sight of whats important.

There are times where I think I’m slacking off because I’m not using bands, chains, or any other additions in my training. I haven’t conquered the barbell yet so I don’t feel like I need to add anything to my program. I could be wrong though…

Slacking off would be missing sessions, doing half the training, skipping out on heavy sets, program hopping, etc.

Bands/chains/etc are just a different stimulus nit a measure of slacking off or not.

I can’t work out Spotify. If I manage to get the damn thing to actually start playing music, in two tracks time it will “shuffle” onto something completely unrelated to what I wanted to listen to.

Anyway, I tried again and about 10 minutes into my session it started playing pro wrestling entrance music lol

Turns out this is friggin awesome to train to!!!
