Food choices most certainly matter! I wouldn’t look the way I do without all the ice cream, pop tarts, sodas and milk I consume. Imagine how shitty I’d look if all I ate was chicken and broccoli!

Agreed. I was pouring a copious amount of Hershey’s chocolate syrup on my chocolate ice cream one night and then it dawned on me that I really like chocolate and not ice cream. So now I eat a large jar Nutella every night instead.

I’m doing the same. My 3 hrs of free video of games on Tru, TNT, and TBS just ran out so I called IT. I asked that they allow me to access my Direct TV so I can lot in but they can’t do it. I’ll have to submit a request for someone to allow me to access that site which goes around (or through?) our firewall. If it won’t be done until next week then it’s useless to me! Apparently they’re worried about people watching TV at work. I think everyone can agree that this is basically a holiday and the restrictions should be lifted.
