And I have a crippling addiction to chilli cheese bites
Step 1: boobs
Step 2: learn the tricks of angles and lighting
Step 3: dress like a whore
Step 4: take lots of photos and post to Instagram
Step 1: Manboobs - Check
Step 2: Working on my booty angles
Step 3: I dress like an absolute slut already
Step 4: I only take videos on leg days, with gratuitous ass shots
Looks like I’m well on my way! ![]()

I can’t drive long distances without a large bag of wasabi peas. The crunch, the burn, oh my.
I missed those steps because I rarely read any words when I see those posts.
Mostly check out the booty gains then, huh? No flame.

Anyone think ffmi calculators are any good?
I honestly think certain fitness authors watch what people are discussing on social media a in forums, and regardless of research and anecdotal evidence (because we all know you can support both sides of any argument if you want!) will take the opposite viewpoint that “educated/experienced” people are taking in an effort to try and reaffirm their expert-ness.

I think the best way to squat is by standing on two separate bosu balls with your dominate foot about a foot ahead of the other.
Not the 5000th post we deserve, tbh. I’m disappointed
You’re sure about that?

That was one hell of a set!
it irritates me when I get asked questions about brand name workout attire. Concerning the names that women tend to want to buy, and the brand names that I can’t fit concerning my lower body. Most times I just want to legit ask other chicks do I look like the type of person who gives a shit about some new glittery crop-top piece of fabric from Gymshark, while I’m trying to recover from squatting 315 for a few reps.
I know a similar case except with powerlifting. I figure if you bomb consistently for three or more years your advice and experience probably isn’t worth much.
Funnily enough, that same person sorts their shit out over the next year and suddenly they’re a really good source of info.
