That happens to me too I’m not sure why. It might have to do with everything you do when your NOT on the ship, like every stop is a lot more walking than I usually do. I also tend to stick to eating on meal times which is 3 times a day instead of my usual 5-6. At least the cruises I’ve been on there is food outside of meal times but its not great (like mediocre pizza or sandwiches) so I just eat enough at the meals to hold me over until the next one. Traveling in general I don’t have access to food 24/7 so overall my calories are less even though some meals are higher in bad calories. Plus looking at all the large people on vacation makes me not do what they are doing, like midday/allday drinking.

Not too sure bout the details but I’ve heard that if he was just a regular joe, he might still have normal hips/femur functions etc. So I guess it won’t be wrong to say he ran so hard that he fucked up his femur/hips/etc?

I saw Bo and the Raiders play the Saints in the Dome. Holy hell–he was so much faster than everyone else on the field. Looked like a high-school senior playing in a JV game. I’ve never seen anything like it (in person) again.
Apparently when he realized his hip was broken he popped it back into place and finished the game. When he did that he damaged the blood vessels and ended up with necrosis in his hip. His career was literally ended by him being too much of a bad ass
