The Flame-Free Confession Thread

@SkyzykS you would know who it is if you came across him for certain since you have been on here so long as a member. I will neither deny nor conform his identity if someone mentions his former user name, I will say he has not been on here for several years…gave out tons of advice along with being a pretty down to earth guy.

I will say at his prime I believe he was stronger than Alpha on certain things…

@oldbeancam just so you know the guy I am talking about is legit

Cant say for certain if he plans on being active on the forums like he use too be.

That narrows the field quite a bit. Just on a guess I think I get who you mean. The old usernames are blurry but there are a few that come to mind, both past and present.

Was he banned or did he leave because he did something like lose a front squat competition?

That was my guess.

As I said at this point I will neither deny nor conform his identity …sorry.
The individual you mentioned left on his own accord .

@Bauber is back? Be right back, have to pyramid 5x20 with INSANE weights for 3-5 compound lifts per muscle group.

Not that I know of, @oldbeancam was just asking about him.

I’ve watched like 30 episodes of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia the last two days.

It has not been a productive couple of days.

Should hit the gym today, but I’ve got like 5 more seasons to watch…

Was his departure related to a certain front squat bet…?

…Ya’ll beat me to it… Hmmmm.

I once shoved the top part of a pencil up my nose during a test when i was 7.
It was an excuse to not have to do the test, It actually went up into my nose, and i couldn’t get it out.
Later in gym class, i sneezed and it popped out.

I have not been to the gym to work out since February.
I took a gym bag to work Monday. I bought new gym shoes today…The ones I was using for squatting and everyday use are pretty worn out…So I am almost ready to get back to the grind.

Soon as I decide what program to run.

@cjacks You have still been to the gym way more than the average American. Get back in.

Goals? I vote some version of 5-3-1. I’m a legit fanboy of that one.

I vote Bro split - pick things up and put them down!

Sometimes I just need a couple fluff, pump, bro workouts to get me moving and motivated again. Nothing too heavy, just pick whatever I feel like feeling and get my pump on!

i need one of those every 3 weeks.

After 20+ years of deadlifting almost every week, I say deads are way overrated.

Deads are incredibly overrated. Completely arbitrary exercise that someone got some sort of cult following due to it’s inclusion in powerlifting.
