I’m curious, what % of bodyweight is 40kg for you. I’ve done 400 walking lunges (400m) in 1 set with 50% bodyweight without much problem, but idk of I could do 365 squats in 1 set with even that
It would be about 50% of my bodyweight at the time I reckon. It was many years ago, but my weight hasn’t changed massively, apart from my non-lifting periods.
Start early, never take more than 30 minutes between sets or you’ll run out of time. Stay far, far away from failure.
I typically start the day doing sets of 40-50 and end the day with sets of 20.
I don’t think I could do 365 bodyweight squats.
my elbows ache just reading this…
2020 is a leap year, join the challenge now before it goes up to 366 ! !1!
And everyone else.
Do you really not know, or is this rhetorical? I ask, because most folks seem to think all of my questions are rhetorical, when they rarely are.
not rhetorical, but very tongue in cheek
It’s because your burpees are cutting into your recovery.
I did this workout because I’m trying to use the stimulus of the squats to force weight gain while I continue to eat a caloric surplus.
Can’t disagree with you on that lol
Hey what can I say: you can’t be a misanthrope without self-loathing, haha.
I prefer to think of myself as pond scum
Denying your humanity is ignoring the problem.
I think of it as a hack ![]()
Were you the one cheering Agent Smith in his famous “humans are parasites” speech?
I found Thanos lacking in ambition.

Let’s not bring Anselm into this.
I’m thinking I should read ALOT more. Got any flame-free suggestions?
