Imagine posting ( a lot) in a photo / video check-in log with no intention of posting a photo or video.

If that’s how you want to term it…

Go read the last thread he was mouthing off in. The last guy to come in and whole heartedly agree with him started denying the Holocaust.

At one point, you have to start looking at your allies and wonder if YOU may in fact be the bad guy.

I figured with his arrival in the thread the shit show would commence to a certain degree.

This is the flame free thread in BSF. Hardly any of the posts have to do with training. I mean football was being discussed and there are NFL threads.

And that’s your fault. (The collective “you”, not you specifically.)

I’ve said at least once or twice that this thread should probably be moved to off-topic at this point because people overlook that it was meant to be training/nutrition confessions, as per the original post.

Confession: I think over-training is bullshit and a cop out people use to avoid training hard. (Ha! Flame Free!)

I am on the @T3hPwnisher bandwagon right now. No such thing as overtraining just under eating… lol

Majority of people won’t every suffer from true over training . Most of the time it’s just occurrences of under recovery.

It’s all fun and games until your bra doesn’t fit anymore

Hate it when that happens. Puts me right off my doughnuts.

Alright, I confess that if I really confess something related to training, I’m going to hurt a lot of feelings. Which is why I don’t confess that much.

For example, here’s a less offensive one. The last time I ate only when I was hungry, I lost 12lbs in less than 1 week. I’m almost 40.

That’s not offensive, that’s alarming lol

Not if you’re me lol.

Anecdotally, as in from people I know IRL, and I’ve been in this for over 2 decades, I think people who do online programs are less likely to succeed than people who don’t do these programs.

I have learned, the more popular the program, the less effective it is.

Mainly because the majority fails to reach their goals, so whatever is popular with them is bound to fail.

Also, after getting the stomach bug while running Deep Water advance, I don’t envy your situation at all. Eating when you don’t want to is far more miserable than not eating when you want to.

Bodybuilding has become mainstream. The fitness market has exploded. People’s standard of living has increased. They can afford better food and supplements. Steroids are available at a lower price, are MUCH more easily attainable because of the internet, and the purity of goods from UGLs even in China has increased. The shit I get from China is OVERDOSED.

The amount of big guys I’m seeing hasn’t increased.

But isn’t 5/3/1 an online program? Or at least used to be
