Glad some members were patient to pull me over the dark side that is 5/3/1. Is it the best? Maybe, maybe not. Is it “optimal?” Maybe, maybe not. Is it in line with my goals? Do I like the set up? Yes. Case closed. Lol

Ill be honest I have downloaded the programme. It looks good. As in really good. I will try it at some point. But i weight train to facilitate other sports. The playing season is here and id never recover enough to make it worth while.

Yeah, it’s definitely an off season program. I had to wait until I was far between comps to run it.
