Local high school just had wright equipment (local as well) redo their gym. To say I’m jealous would be an understatement! This has got to be 200k+ in gym equipment!
My school had a leg curl machine a bench and some dumbbells crammed into the gym teacher’s old original office.
I have no idea what my school had. Never went into the weight room unfortunately. I didn’t want to upload a bunch of pictures but that gym they built is truly insane.

I’ll save you the time and give you the simple breakdown. Guy had a stroke 10 years ago in his 20s. Developed a drug addiction issue that he overcame. Now taking control of things by getting back into shape. Running gear to help in the process. For me the level of WTF? Is off the chart.
To be fair, there is always some level of WTF when taking steroids, whether your healthy or not, or have done your research or not. After all, whoever you are, whatever your history, we are all fucking ourselves up to some extent. The extent to which we do that is based on genetics and chance.

Lost another pound so I had to make an emergency stop at the store for a pizza, icecream sandwiches, and chips and salsa. Also put peanut butter back on the menu.
