Social class doesn’t dictate clothing style. If I dress more urban hip-hop, I have to be from a certain economic class? The only people I’ve personally seen who would wear shorts like that in public would also not be above wearing the super tight polo shirt and matching lip gloss with it. I am being honest with you when I say I associate that look with people who are either extremely metro, flat out gay, or the type to take their girlfriend’s poodles out for walks before heading to the country club. I knew kids in high school who dressed like that but they were preppy rich kids with attitude problems.
