Nailed 275. Everything felt “heavy” up until 245. That went up easy. I probably had the strength to get 10 reps, but fatigue set in. Just don’t have the endurance for the weight.
You’ll get it easy next time bro, strong benching

455 for 11 reps?
Have you done a one rep max on that?
That lift could be absolutely massive.

Tore this mug up. Consciously cut sets short, explosive reps, and short rest periods. Everything felt great. Had the mentality of being explosive, training like an athlete. I think it worked well. Chins were ridic. Felt like I was pulling the earth down. I intended on repping these out … but I forgot ha ha

Vids to follow. Really good session. Benching felt great. Fast reps, although a couple seemed sloppy.
That is an awesome ohp! I can only dream of ohp that heavy.

I’ve always been jealous of people with good running hills for cardio. I had one in my neighborhood and never realized it until last week. It’s short and sweet. Different grades for variety. Probably is around 25-30 yards from bottom to top. My goal was to be able to run up it ten times. I need a bigger goal.
