165x7 is good, are you using some kind of leg drive on you press…i can only push press 135x5 right now…and overhead press is not easy to improve!
Also i see you are switching the day you are doing the 5x10 accessory…this is something i might experiement on my next wave, this will allowed me to do all my lift twice a week…Even the military 5x10 on bench day and bench 5x10 on military…i think this can work perfectly!!
Thanks, no leg all shoulders … and triceps.
I REALLY like switching the lower body 5x10 work. I could see how it might work for upper body as well. I will say that I wasn’t anywhere near as sore this cycle as I have been in the past. I actually felt good enough to deadlift two days after squatting.

165x7 isnt exactly weak, good numbers if you ask me. Happy B-day, man. I own one of their belts, and knee sleeves, both great products.
I do a combo lift with the cable that helps my MP/BP; upright row into a front lateral with the D handle.
awe shucks, thanks
Which of the belts? I’m deciding between the Retro and Training belt because of scarce economies.
I need to do more direct shoulder work, but don’t because of time constraints.
I went with the Training belt. It took about 4 weeks to deliver, though

Any particular reason? Because of the taper?
I guess each one is custom made according to the size you order, and they do not already have them pre-made. It states something like that on the web page.
Meh. Lack luster, I know. Lots of work stress, less sleep, … blah blah blah. Everything felt WAY too heavy. I need to bump up my calories and get more rest.

where do you find the courage and tenacity to lift, even after such minuscule results… even after 2 years and steroids???

where do you find the courage and tenacity to continue to harass people who are stronger than you, even after 2 years and multiple nights spent crying into your pillow over people on this site not kissing your 160 lb ass all of the time???
Seriously kid, build a bridge and get the fuck over it.

lol thanks guys, I was just ignoring him. I’m assuming he got the idea that I was steroids by my 5/3/1 use of the word “cycle”. He is partially right - I have numbers not too far off those of 1.5-2 years ago, BUT 30 lbs heavier.
I’m now down to 223. Starting to eat a little more as I’ve noticed my strength and energy levels starting to decrease.
