Doing cardio, consistently, is really making a dent in my weight loss. Seems obvious I know, but it really is working. My diet has not really changed, so when I tighten that up I should be in good shape for the June vacation.

GRRRRREAT workout! Weight felt light during warm-ups and work sets which rarely happens. Was having stiff knees from a 2 mile run late last night. Good stuff. Losing weight and gaining strength.

GRRRREAT workout and a GRRRREAT week. I got 10 reps on the last set of each day. Well that’s good. Also have lost 15lbs in the last 5 weeks, so that’s good as well.

Strength gains are going great, but fat loss gains might be slowing. Its so hard to tell without proper equipment. I haven’t lost any more weight, but my clothes are still loosening. What’s a guy to do.
