Sorry guys, I am an absolute failure at losing weight. Not really. I’m down to a solid 237. I lost about 5 lbs. Pants are much looser, so that’s good.

I WILL be restarting Rippetoe on Monday, so look for that. I have new goals. Actually one big goal.

As of late I have been doing yardwork as previously stated, long walks, and lots of pull-ups/chin-ups. Made a multi-functioning, chain-hanging device in my garage.

10x3 was going well and I did enjoy doing it. Life got in the way.

Hey Dude:

Life should get in the way soemtimes. This keeps the mind and soul healthy. Although I’d personally prefer having a root canal over doing yard work!
