It’s an alternate DB curl and press, 16kg per hand, this guy has beaten 10 marines and knocked out over a thousand reps. His son Rajko did the same thing at our uni and beat 10 first team rugby players (by that I mean player 1 goes to fatigue, player 2 takes over, and by the time player 10 has collapsed Rajko is still going).
Wow…that was impressive…will need to look up that type of training and check it out…
Makes you wonder if the db’s were hollowed or something. That is unbelievably impressive. I’d like to know how many push-ups he can crank out.
If you notice his body type it really is like a endurance runner. I’m sure there is a good portion of it that is mental.

Definitely mental! That’s unreal
wtf ive never seen a marathon runner with arms like that !
I wonder how long he would be able to do that with 80 pound dbs.
That video looks like it was made in 1983.
Anyway, looks neat. The bodybuilder guy next to him near the start…his tattoos made it look like he was wearing a bra from a distance.
The eastern bloc military forces had a lot similar competitions.
The “strongest” soldier in the NVA (former east german forces) pressed some 8KG (or so) weight a few thousand times up in the air.
Alternately cleaning & pressing dumbells 1000 x is probably better then 1000 pushups.
That’s fuckin insane.
His son came 2nd in the last man standing competition that was on BBC a few years ago
I’ll bet that video stopped 20 minutes before the Pudz did!
Where’s that video of him on the rowing machine? HE IS BEYOND !

Fixed.
If you asked me this morning I’d have said this is a load of hype but these Dragan’s are the real deal, I was at the Bodypower Expo today at saw Rajko complete 750 alternate presses with a 20kg dumbell in each hand. It was an unhuman feat…heck even Maruisz chickened out! I was one of 12 or so volunteers to get on stage and try and match him rep for rep…I got a paltry 32 in comparison (I was first up so didn’t have a clue what I was doing :P) . Some well trained lifters managed between 70-100 reps but 750, thats just insane!
