Finally got to the scale this morning and it read 185lb which is 10lbs in a little over 3 weeks. Was happy to see that.

Dissatisfied with my squat amrap. The bar didnt feel even on my back and i got in my head.

Bench felt like butter but the squats today felt terrible. Never felt solid under the bar. Was hoping to get to 300 before a GSLP Reset but 290 will have to do. Overall still happy as I have never squatted anything over 265 for 5 reps before this cycle.

I recently broke 300 for 5 by getting 305x5—and I admit, it felt pretty good. We’re both creeping up on that 3-plate landmark.

2 hours of 4 on 4 basketball tonight.

Wife made baked spaghetti for dinner. Best food on a bulk as its got beef, noodles, cream cheese, mozzarella, and sour cream. Oh and it taste awesome so its easy to eat 1500k of it
