Definitely agrevates the elbow but by the end it feels almost good.

For the first time my 71lb getups feel decent. I definitely do not “own” it but I am feeling a lot more solid underneath. Iv been slowing my 24kg TGUs down a town which i think is adding some much needed TUT. Swings are still hit or miss. Sometimes i feel quick and strong other times I feel weak and loose. Just trying to learn each rep.

Stepped up to 4 sets of Simple weights today

Afternoon:

Lawn care for 2 hours. May try to squeeze in a walk yet tonight if time allows

**After 5 rds of strict press I was struggling so switched to 3 rep push press.

Woke up with serious debilitating back pain. Even walking aggravates it. Obviously taking time off training yet again.

Getting very frustrated. Making progress and then having a major setback. Im starting to really question of any of this is worth this cycle of injury.

The sled really surprised me. Not sure what i was expecting but it gassed me fast.

Went to PT then spent the rest of the day pheasant hunting. Tons of walking.

KB squat 2 ladders of 2 2 2
KB press 2 ladders of 2 4 2
KB row 2 ladders of 2 6 2

Finisher of 4 TGUs and 2 rounds of suitcase carries

Not sure about this second workout. Trying to find something non ballistic but also not the same exact workout twice a day. May tweak this.
