For the first time my 71lb getups feel decent. I definitely do not “own” it but I am feeling a lot more solid underneath. Iv been slowing my 24kg TGUs down a town which i think is adding some much needed TUT. Swings are still hit or miss. Sometimes i feel quick and strong other times I feel weak and loose. Just trying to learn each rep.
Stepped up to 4 sets of Simple weights today
Afternoon:
Lawn care for 2 hours. May try to squeeze in a walk yet tonight if time allows

Woke up with serious debilitating back pain. Even walking aggravates it. Obviously taking time off training yet again.
Getting very frustrated. Making progress and then having a major setback. Im starting to really question of any of this is worth this cycle of injury.
