I think Bane breaks Batmans back and then bruce wayne is dropped into the lazerous pit and heals. There was some filming in India and cell phone shots showed a large hole with a green screen covering it
I don’t think Nolan would use a green screen for the Lazarus Pit. He barely ever uses CGI for anything. Even Inception had almost no CGI and I don’t think the Lazarus Pit is anything that really requires it, especially for someone who loathes using it in the first place.

Do you think perhaps they take it in the direction of Ra’s being on Batman’s side? Perhaps he has a vendetta against Bane
Ra died in Batman Begins. Neeson will probably be portraying Ra in some sort of flash back scenario with Bruce.

If they’re including the lazerus pit, then Ra’s being dead is insignificant as clearly the league would have found his body and revived him.

I’m not arguing with you, I’m just genuinely curious as to what you might think the “green screen pit” from the leaked set pictures could be. I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of something else that could tie in . . .
Guys have you noticed in the last seconds of that teaser trailer, where they show Batman and Bane fighting, the man on the right in the distance watching? Some people are speculating that it is in fact Ra in a storyline where Bane is commanded by Ra. But then again it could almost be anyone.

I can almost guarantee Nolan - someone who thrives on secrecy - would never do something like revealing a MAJOR SPOILER such as that in just a little teaser trailer, or any trailer for that matter. Almost.
Remember how blown away you were in BB when you realized Nolan had combined two characters and Henri Ducard was actually al Ghul? I just don’t think the man who did that would give something away so easily.
I bet the person in the distance in that clip is just a member of the film crew, since the movie is still in production and they had very few usable clips to slap together for the teaser a year in advance. The crew probably saw the trailer and said, “Fuck, we forgot to edit out that guy,” but now they are laughing their asses off watching fanboys argue about who it is and what it means!

Or it might be Mr. Freeze.
Reminds me of the Watchmen trailer and the lights reflection on Night Owl’s goggles…
New photos from the set of Bane. He looks a bit shit. The coat and the mask look ridiculous. Like a homeless person with a black jockstrap on his head.

Of the 3 forums I lurk on with a big following of the movie, you are the first to have anything negative to say about it.

Irrelevant. I don’t like the look. Perhaps if he lost the coat, I haven’t liked the mask from the outset.

Hilarious seeing him in that costume, with a bunch of normal people standing around on set…

That is my hope. That when we see him on film properly done it will look good. So far Nolan has been superb. I just don’t like the sheepskin goat and jockstrap look.

I agree with you, I have faith in Nolan though, he has yet to let me down.
