I’m sure the film will be shot to make Bale look shorter. Hardy doesn’t look that much bulkier, if at all, either. Though I’m sure camera work can change that too.
Ya I think Hardy is only 5’9" or something while Bale is around 6’1". But I think Hardy’s stunt double is taller.
Not saying it’s a HUGE issue, but I wish bane was at least like a bit taller than batman, like the way Kane has just a bit more size and shit than the Undertaker.

Kinda like how they made Gandolf look like a fucking building next to the Hobbits in LoTR. I’ve learned over the years not to question or second guess anything Nolan does before I see the movie 'cause he’s KILLED expectations every single time. I have such high hopes for this movie that it’s ridiculous.

Oh, they were on top of the world. I was a kid watching this shit on re-runs. I had no idea they were making fun of the concept. There wasn’t very much adult humor in it if that was their goal.
No, I will never shit on Adam West because the truth is, had he not done that role, we would likely have lost how important Batman is in pop culture today.
Those earlier years set the stage for a more serious take on the character…simply because they took it that far in the other direction.
