Thanks Mark. I’m trying really hard to pull with more speed. I didn’t think it was faster… but maybe a bit faster… I’ll take it :+1: And it was way “easier” than the single in februar :slight_smile:

It’s faster because you’re starting to jump into the pull with hard bracing. So, you don’t leak energy by flexing your lower back. The next step is getting your hips lower so you can really jump.

I’ve learned from the master, pulling quite hard to get the slack out, brace even harder and then pull as fast as possible.

Done in 1 hour 10 minutes.
I am absolutely soaked in sweat :slight_smile:
The paused OHP was probably a bit too short paused. I have to be more true to the program.
This week is a trial week, I’ll be doing 5 RM on every lift and deload next week.
Really exited about this adventure.

Front squat 5 x 30, 40, 50 kg

Giant set: Jump x 3 / 1 ¼ squat / sit up / airdyne 15 sec

1 ¼ squat

Done in 55 minutes.
NO assistance, absolutely done by now.
Had a 17 hour work day yesterday, 5 hour sleep and 8 hour work then workout.
Not the best preparation.
1 ¼ squat might be subbed with paused squats.

yesterday 2400 calories.

Summer is approaching, trying to keep BW between 80,5 - 82 kg. Aiming on 2500 - 2600 calories a day.
Come august time to gain a bit of weight again.
