Paused bench were much better than last time. I think I’ve beginning to learn to set up and brace, not much but better.
The 350 sets I am really excited about these and will keep them for the next cycles as well.
Biggest thing I learned with scale weight jumps: look for the salt. If you’re anything remotely like me, a single salty meal can push you up a kilo overnight, maybe even more.
Ahh I think you got me there, some salty ovenbaked potatoes and a good portion of salty peanuts ![]()
There’s your extra weight. Add in the carbs, and you’re just holding a ton more water.
