I was on the gymnastics team for the last 5 years (redshirted my junior year), so I did, and still do, workout at that gym, the Coliseum down on the athletic campus. My workouts consist of mainly gymnastics related stuff so I don’t do much true lifting. Although, I have started to incorporate more lifting into my workouts, primarily squat and deadlift type stuff, now that I can train how I want.
I have used the IM building and CCRB for extra workouts though. I believe the IM building has a power rack, one or two squat racks, a few benches, dumbbells (5-100#), and lots of machines. The CCRB has a similar setup, probably just more of the same though.

Buckeye Nation, baby…
As far as our facilities…we have a new one that either opened recently or is opening soon (I’ve been in Oklahoma on a co-op for a while, so I don’t know what the status of the new fitness center is). I hear it should be a nice.
Our old facilities…not great, but not bad. Our new climbing gym is pretty nice.
I was there for the past two years, but just moved a bit South. I’ll be back on campus pretty frequently, though; drop me an email and I can hook you up with some good training partners.
