As a gay man, I can confidently say the transgender movement has gotten out of hand. People should live their lives how they want, it doesn’t affect me in any way. It’s perfectly reasonable to be upset at him because he’s actively working to spread the destructive ideology of transgenderism to children. He was invited to a sit-down with the president to discuss transgender ideology. He’s not a hapless bystander in the culture war, he’s a front-line warrior.

As a group, they are pushing it on everyone. And it isn’t about the rest of us accepting them for who they are, or claim to be, but us replacing our view of the world with theirs. I sincerely have zero interest in defending transgenderism. It can exist, or not, for all I care. I don’t care if guys prefer blondes or brunettes, thick or thin, muscular or plump, or take it all. Inconsequential to me and what I like.

I don’t know. People throw hero around a lot. I often see this with extreme sports fans. Not only do they have athlete heroes, they wear those athletes names on their own backs in many cases. I like you don’t really give a shit what other adults do if it doesn’t impact me. However, with this topic, one doesn’t even need to have an opinion to be considered a bigot by many in the trans movement. Saying something like “I am not convinced we should allow medical treatment for gender dysphoria in children” is enough to get you labeled a bigot. If you don’t agree with the whole agenda many think you are backwards, and like I said, you don’t even need to disagree, being undecided / not convinced on certain elements is enough.
It’s simply trolling to get an emotional reaction because his argument has been refuted.
