What’s your weight these days?
He woke at 178 today
You can’t say abs are sad when you can still see the separation of the obliques.

Woke 176.2
Tuesday’s are a 13 + hr day with over 8 being on my feet and pretty physically exerting. Add training to that and I always loose weight by Wednesday morning. Time to eat lol
Back and biceps today
Gonna do my usual cable rows/pulls etc but definitely gonna so dead lifts paired with bent over rows like last week. That one was awesome. Thinking bout bringing back the 100 rep curls too.
Time to get after it
… when taking your plate out of the microwave makes your bicep cramp it was a good arm day!
Hey man, just wanted to drop by and say I’ll be following along!
Awesome! Thanks for checking in. What’s your background and main interests with lifting?
Been playing volleyball for around 15 years now. Initially got into lifting around 2 years back to be able to keep up jumping with them college kids. Haha. Then the powerlifting bug bit me. Lol. Aesthetically, shoulders are my only concern. Most of the strong guys giving me advice are here so yeah. Seen you a couple of times in their log too
Awesome man. What’s the title of your log so I can keep an eye out?
Wasn’t feeling it today so I opted for a rest day. Had two coffees went to work late and balanced the family budget. All in all a relaxing morning.
Will probably do some body weight stuff and resistance bands this afternoon and hit a light shoulders session.
Tagged you
I’m in line with @Frank_C, you can’t say your abs are sad, you look in a really really good shape Jack.
Agree with @mortdk if your abs are sad then mine must be suicidal !! Lol
I guess gaining weight is hard for me mentally because you see the change in body fat pretty quick and once you’ve put on a little more fat it’s harder to notice any visual changes in size putting on muscle. If I have The same experience this year as @Frank_C Then I’ll just accept my size and stay lean year round but I’m still hoping that when I cut down next spring that I’ll wind up 5-7 lbs heavier than last year

Woke at 176
Ueaterday I ended up doing a total upper body circuit and really enjoyed it. Reminded me of my conditioning routines during contest prep.
3 rounds
Slow Chin ups to failure 12/10/8
50 pushups
Hold 6 lb medicine balls out at full extension for 1 minute. Rotating hands palm up to palm down during the static hold
Handstand push-ups to failure 10/8/4
Feet elevated underhand hanging rows
Tricep extensions against the wall
Medicine ball curls, slow reps and hold the contraction as hard as you can for 5 seconds each rep. Once I was pretty gassed I held the contraction for 30 seconds
Finished up with two sets of 50 overhead press with the 6 lb medicine balls. Overall a really great pump session
Jack , are you blasting currently? Just wondering if you’re adding anything to help
Nope. Just 200mg weekly test e
Ahem…to some, your “sad abs” would be the end of a lot of months of riding the struggle bus. I think you’re doing just fine, sir.
Touché dude. I know I stay lean easy but I mis that competition look. Think I need to take a cue from @Frank_C and ignore the scale for a bit.
Didn’t get a log in yesterday or today, but I hit legs Monday and chest and triceps today. Both were solid but nothing too crazy. At least I got them in though lol
