Well two days of 3500 calories 300p, 360c, and 85f are in the books.

And… I’ve lost 2.2 lbs. ugh. I’m not sure what to do. I’ll gain weight if I eat dirty, high fat, and drink alcohol. But a lot of it will be fat. If I eat my macros clean I’ll stay super lean, but don’t seem to gain weight. Think I’m going to stick at my current macros for a few weeks to see more of a trend and then make a decision.

Really I’m pretty happy where I’m currently at, but want to push through to my next goal. Gotta remind myself, consistency over time, consistency over time.

Shoulders and quads

Plate raises 3x15@50
OHP 3x15@95
Dumbbell OHP 3x15@45
Neutral grip dumbbell OHP 3x15@40
Dumbbell front delt raises 3x15@30
Between the legs cable front delt raise 3x15@60

Shoulders on Wednesday was awesome. It took me two days to really feel recovered from that session.

We’re spending the weekend in Austin with my brother in law so there won’t be any training except for maybe some body weight stuff, but should be a good time with family

But you know it. Stick to your plan for a couple of weeks, to see a pattern.

Then just add 150 - 200 calories if you don’t gain.

Well we’re in the final push to finish up the ninja warrior center. This weeks been a bitch and I have yet to get a training session in. Monday was 11 hrs and yesterday was 13. Were opening on Monday so we’re hitting a hard deadline. Here’s what things are looking like.

I did manage to get in some gymnastics type exercise at work though. My tumbling team got a new floor and I played around a bit.

That ninja warrior set up looks like the coolest thing I’ve ever seen on this site. I can’t imagine how much fun you’ll have being able to do that every day. I’d never get any normal training done.

Yesterday was opening day for the ninja center. Finally got back to lifting. Today’s biceps and back. Gonna be short I’m afraid as my window isn’t too long.

Gonna blast 2-3 exercises on lats and biceps and then need to head back to work. Anything’s better than the zero sessions I got in last week though

In the gymnastics world this is called a Maltese. Ideally arms should be totally straight and body should be at horizontal. All said still pretty proud of this attempt

Decided to show my face round these parts again lol. Wish life wasn’t so busy lol. Anyways I’m gonna switch up the schedule and move legs to Monday’s. Monday is always my most consistent day so why not prioritize legs.

Time to grind. Gonna try to be a little more present on the forum going into the holidays. Gotta keep the ball rolling.
