1 cup measured dry Oatmeal place in pot
Add 2 cans Diet Hansens Soda, One Peach Flavor and One Kiwi Strawberry (These are made with splenda and have no calories) It will look kind of gooey thats normal, Add two eggwhites to thicken it up (beat them in). Simmer on a medium Flame and add 1 1/2 tsp of Pumkin Spice
1 tsp of Almond Extract or Vanilla. Stir and Cook until Thick. - Man this is the Very Best Tasting Oatmeal I have ever had.
Tapper, where do you come up with this stuff? You remind me of the first guy who ate an olive off a tree and said, "hey this tastes like shit, but I bet if we put it into a vat of vinegar, which also tastes like shit, add some salt, let it sit for a couple of months…mmmmmmmmm, I bet it’ll be good. LOL, just bustin’ your chops. But, how the heck did you ever figure out this recipe?
I am obsessive when it comes to everything workout related, my mind never stops turning. Thanks to t-mag I am on these boards 24/7 ahhh I admit I am 100% addicted. I have an equal obsession with food, ILOVE IT I love to make everything taste good, but most of the time I don’t like to fatten up!

Mufasa, I just finished eating a cottage cheese creation that I came up with. I needed a quick protein/fat snack, so I just threw a bunch of “good for you” stuff together. I never expected it to taste any good since none of the 5 ingredients are particularly tasty by themselves, but together it tasted kind of like uncooked cake batter. I mixed cottage cheese, flax seed oil, ground flax seeds, colon cleanse (psyllium husk), and protein powder. I know it doesn’t sound good but I’m actually looking forward to my next bowl.
I tell you what Buster; if you look at the ingredients ALONE that may not be a bad “pre-bedtime” meal. If you are using “Grow!”, needless to say, that is probably what’s adding the taste. So, no laughing from ME bud!
I’ve been mixing Advanced Protein with natural peanut butter for a “dessert” or snac on a low carb diet. Tastes pretty good…now if I could only find low carb milk to wash it down (it’s a TAD dry
Here’s another good low-carb, pre-bedtime meal…1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1-2 scoops chocolate Advanced Protein, 1 tbsp flax oil (or natural PB). Add a little water and mix it in a bowl. I love this stuff! Tastes like chocolate cream cheese frosting!
Tapper…that lil’ concoction looks pretty, well, intriguing, my man! Not sure if I’ll try my hand at it yet…I know what you mean about cooking up all sorts of different things and doing things a bit differently. I think I remember you posting not too long ago a unique program that you used for training your legs. While I haven’t tried it yet, I have printed it and stored it in the archives for future use. You better believe, my man, that I would be very interested in seeing some of the other crazy stuff you’ve come up with in the gym. I’m always up for something a little different! I’ve got a decent oatmeal recipe also,2 packages of Quaker oats plain oatmeal mixed with 2 cups of hot water.Add a table spoon of flax seed oil and a scoop of banana flavored whey protein.Taste great!
Tapper, you’re a fuckin freak! lol. It sounds good, but a bit much for me to go through for oatmeal. Timbo, I’ve been eating that oatmeal with cinnamon, butter spray and equal 2 times a day since I tried it. That shit rocks! Everyone thinks I’m a freak for spraying butter on the oatmeal, but apper, your concoction takes the cake!

Lion King, not a problem, buddy. I don’t think B-Boy Mike uses the full-blown version, but here’s how I like it. I use instant oatmeal (2 packs), spray some I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray (or other calorie-free spray) on it, add some ground cinnamon, some sweetner (Equal or Splenda), and I really like to add some Maple Extract (tastes like maple syrup). Then stir that bad boy up. After stirred, I usually spray some more butter on top, add a little more cinnamon and some more sweetner. It’s addictive, Lion King! As for cottage cheese, you can always mix in a scoop of GROW (that’s my fave) or you can mix some up with an assortment of different yogurts.
Tapper, where might a T-Man pick up the Hansen’s soda? I’ve never heard of 'em. I’ve got flavored waters from Walmart but they’ve got aspartame.
The only place I found them is Trader Joes, you have to look hard in the market to find them. THey only have peach and kiwi strawberry. If you don’t have a trader joes where you live, get a clear soda that is sweetened with aspartame, make it peach or berry flavor, it just brings out the flavor in the oatmeal.
Sprinkle in some Rasberry Crystal Light(I use a generic brand because I’m a cheap bastard) and mix it up. It tastes like one of them fruity packets loaded with sugar. MmmMM
i have oatmeal with two scoops of chocolate AP every morning…if you don’t get all the lumps out of the AP it looks really gross, but it tastes awesome.
