Prep is done, closed out with 165 x 2 Log Push Press and 280 Double Overhand Axle. Did 440 yoke this week and man handled the 230 sandbag.
Underperformed at Apex Strength Games on Double Overhand Axle and Tire Flip specifically. Over the moon on my Yoke performance. Did 520 for 84 ft. Best in training was 525~ for 18ft. It was originally only supposed to be 50ft, but with some issues with the course being on a slight hill, they decided it was most fair/easy to just have it down and back. Did 178ft on the Husafell, which is good considering I didn’t directly train for it.
Next up is Winter Siege on December 6th.

Winter Siege was cancelled, so I am without a competition on the direct horizon. Might be some stuff popping up before the end of the year, but nothing cconcrete.
USS nationals also removed the double overhand axle for a regular axle deadlift. So pulling back on training that. Still keeping a bit in just for general grip training though
