assuming you are for real, it doesnt seem much for 2 dedicated years but maybe youre young, have ultra fast metabolism and missed too many sessions and meals so it’s something you can learn from.
you may be a bit stronger than a lot of average unfit guys but not much.
however progress is progress, i suppose, and good luck etc but this is the wrong place to get rated for being ‘a little bit above average’

Really djwhizkid? Funny! In this post you were talking about benching 105 pounds and deading 175 pounds!!! So how did your untrained PRs become 195 bench and 225 dead?
Kayveeay - according to your profile you’re 6’1" and weigh 180. That ought to make you even more scrawny than this guy. And you’ve been training for FOUR years.

i know im not jay cutler yet
but im a solid 4.5/10 on this site IMO. compared to others.
Oh come on, yes you are Jay Cutler.
Dude- this isn’t rate my body. If you have progressed, then great. But understand that being a really skinny guy who barely looks like he lifts is not going to get you a good rating.
Consider a 5 to be someone who is average AMONG THOSE WHO LIFT AND TRAIN AS SERIOUS HOBBY OR LIFESTYLE- Not as compared to the average person.
U guys can hate all u want. Im making solid progress in both size AND strength, im not plateuing. I eat OK and drink a shitload of whey. Im fairly ripped and when chillin at the pool i usually have the best body among the crowds. Honestly i never said im super strong & super ripped & super huge or sumthing, I have bruce-lee like physique and im happy with it. (its healthy too).

Its also funny how i did NOT put a pic of my wheels and I do squats once a week SOLID. yet I hear alot of “squat more”. Do u guys always throw just a totally random advice for +postcount ? sad.
Looking good bro! Keep up the good work. The size will come on over time. The main point is to enjoy the gains as they come and have fun! Most people on these boards built their awesome physiques in a year or so and have perfect bodies. Stay focused!

At least some people are not life-hating basement dwellers.

You live very very close to me, stop putting a bad rep on us kitchener/waterloo people. 2 years of lifting huh??? got any before pics.
Hey I live in the KW area too, where do you train? For the summer I’m lifting at the YMCA. I’m the one that deadlifts and squats deep with more than 2 plates
I live near that area, ever heard of New Hamburg? It’s about 20 or 25 minutes or so from Kitchener, the only gym in that small town is called ABsolute Fitness and that’s where I train and work. It’s a small place.
I’ve been to the Y a few times but a long time ago to play squash mainly, my gym doesn’t have that. All I remember from the Y was one of the seldom times I did lift weights there was seeing this young kid who appeared to be working out with his gf, he was doing lateral raises with 25s and it looked like he was trying to take off and fly lol.
You are “definitely” not the best at spelling, that is certain. You talk a pretty big game behind your computer. Don’t insult people you don’t know. People here will insult your physique because you revealed it. After all, this is “Rate My Physique”.
No one here is challenging your intelligence or your academic skill; I suggest you refrain from being provocative. Not to mention, you are a college kid, barely scratching the surface of your major.
