youngguns35, alot of guys can pretend to be hardcore online. But honestly on day to day basis how many of guys like you i ever see ? Once a week ull see someone benching ur numbers, if not less. Its funny how everybody is hardcore online the most. I dont neceserraly claim U specifically cannot lift those numbers, its just in REAL LIFE guys like you are almost non-existant. And compared to average public im pretty damn strong. k ?[/quote]

ive never met someone my age (19) who couldnt lift more than you in less than 6 weeks. WTF? u look like a pencil neck nerd.

when u started ur quest for beastism, could u even do one pushup? i highly doubt it.

and i imagine you as this guy wearing gloves, sweatbands, listening to ABBA on your ipod and drinking whatever is the latest new craze drink.

i rated you a 1. just becasue that the lowest…

You need to eat. Food.

Clearly a joke post.

No one could be this arrogant, particularly looking like that.

Not quite as ripped as this guy, but you’ll get there.

Forum action is quite hot right now. The only thing I suggest you is a change of attitude. What are your goals? Long term…

Really djwhizkid? Funny! In this post you were talking about benching 105 pounds and deading 175 pounds!!! So how did your untrained PRs become 195 bench and 225 dead?

And are you STILL afraid to bulk?

Your routine sucks. You need to squat more for sure. My lifts are about the same as yours and I have been lifting seriously for 4 weeks, not 2 years. I still manage to add 10lbs a week to my squat and deadlift. Increase your intensity!

This is obviously a joke or troll. The first thing he said was “Abs finally showing thru (sic)”

Someone is just pushing all of the big red buttons.

“I’m in college, I don’t have time…”

“Compared to the average guy…”

“I don’t need advice…”

Exactly - seems like a very obvious joke thread.

He’s hitting everything that gets discussed here regarding these kids with the bodies of 10 year old girls.

And he even posted in that other moron’s thread about how “fat guys are jealous of their abs”.

Total joke.

well at least you’ll have some excellent BEFORE pics if you manage to make any major progress

Why are real trolls always more jacked than the online ones that post here?

This thread os fucking hilarious. I haven’t seen one this good for a while.

You live very very close to me, stop putting a bad rep on us kitchener/waterloo people. 2 years of lifting huh??? got any before pics.

First off
I never said those were my numbers, however i also wasn’t moronic enough to post my pics so that body builders could rate me. It’s almost like the RMP thread has become a contest to see who can be skinnier.

I can’t help but give advice because although your routine may have gotten you to where you are, it won’t get you much farther. Increase your volume and your number of movements and really try and make sure you get to the gym at least 3 times a week. Most of the guys here think that a body must look inspiring in order to even be considered a “physique”. That’s because they’ve been in the game for a while and they have high standards.

And a lot of them are just tools or closet fatasses. The fact is that you look better than most of the fatties and skinny fat weaklings that I see at the beach. Don’t ever make the mistake of thinking you don’t need advice because even the best in this iron game are always open to new ideas, suggestions, and the experiences of others.

Why don’t all of you assholes SHUT THE FUCK UP.

SOME OF US HAVE LONG NECKS! UR JEALOUS YOU SHORT NO-NECK LOSERS!!!

Hey I live in the KW area too, where do you train? For the summer I’m lifting at the YMCA. I’m the one that deadlifts and squats deep with more than 2 plates
