Kind of a more specific question but I’d find it very helpful…
I understand that you include the bent-over barbell row in your program while Poliquin is opposed to it (neurologically inefficient for loading back muscles).
Do you have any particular suggestions for maximizing lats/upper back involvement on the row? I’ve tried pendlay, standard, various torso angles and it’s always been difficult for me to perform the perfect rep effectively for the target muscles when I’m using heavier loads.
Hip and knee extension always seem to make it ineffective.
