Good day. Tried deadlift stance SSB squats. I think Iāll get better direct carry over to my deadlift than the squat to a box I was doing- being a highbar/SSB squatter Iāve made 4 or 5 runs at these and not once have they ever felt right. Tons of pressure on my knees?
Wow. Iāve been sick as a dog, literally since the night of my last session. Good thing itās a deload week, but man is it hard getting back. Canāt breathe still for shit.
