Only 5 weeks In and my intial Lofty goal feels much closer then I’d anticipated at this point.
And thus, It’s 1000 lb total or nothing, end of June.

I’ve decided to start a Log here to track my progress while I go hard for the first time since I was 18.
Quickly about my training back ground. Started lifting when I was 15 with a serious passion to not be a skinny f*uck. I was 6’3 and 150 pounds when I walked into the gym Went genuinely hard for 3 years. I actually did GOMAD for several months straight and used to set alarms for the middle of the night to wake up and eat a bowl of food to put back some extra calories while I physically could. I have puked between sets at the gym from just being so god damn full. My mobility sucked, my wingspan is about 4 inches longer then my height and my legs are basically proportional to my arms in length, long.
It kinda worked only if you consider where I started, but honestly it was kinda pathetic. I truly believe my hormonal maturity lagged behind many young men until maybe age 20. Not the proudest statement and I’m not even sure how possible that is but my god was it difficult to get stronger. I knew the programs I was supposed to be doing and never F*cked around with any stupid bro splits like the other kids. I had done SS, Stronglifts, and other legit programs with proper progression, I always failed on my lifts within a couple months and was back to deloading, ramping up again. By 18 my 1rms were : 225 squat. 205 bench. 315 dead. I weighed 190 lbs.
The following 5 years I was an extremely inconsistent lifter. with working such physical long hours and just not giving a f*ck anymore.
I’m now 23. 6’3 245 lbs. them damn long limbs started to fill out just a tad over the last 2 years, no beer belly or excessive fat anywhere. I consider myself skinny.
Anyways enough BS. I’m still weak as f*ck and I’ve had enough. I’ve been on it hard for one month and I finally feel the urge again.
My proven 1rms are as follows: 325 deadlift. 245 squat. 210 bench.
My squat is why I cry myself to sleep. It’s always sucked and I’ve always hammered it harder than anything else, 2-3 times a week always so long as I was consistently working out.
Anyways here we go. I took a sh*t load of wieght off the bar to start this routine and I’m gonna ramp that shit up till I die. Doing upper/lower 6x a week I’m basically doing only dead’s,squats, bench and bent over rows. I will do every compound 3x a week on alternating days. I will deadlift only once a week.
I intend to gain weight untill I complete my short term goal of 225/315/405 bench squat deadlift. Definitely going calorie heavy.
