Heavy week done. Completes my 3rd cycle of bill starr. I ran this with open Intentions to run it thru the summer and I did. Summers over.school starts next week.
I am looking to possibly switch up for these changes. Id like to hear some ideas if you have any? For a different program.

Liftingheavy on only 1 lift a week fits here. As much as I work and fight recovery.now… I have to get up and take kids to school again… so even worse recovery looming.
