On Day 5 of the ABBH, the program says to do exercises of ‘Movement Plane: Vertical’ and gives examples of dips and chinups. Can anyone give me other examples? I can only think of bench dips and pullups as others…!
Vertical plane movements would also include any type of overhead press, as well as chinups/pullups/pulldowns with a variety of different grips. With all of the available variations of those 2 types of movements, you’ll have plenty of options to keep mixing things up.
