I am not sure if there has been a thread like this, but here it goes.
This thread is for any lifters out there, super heavy weight, 242’s, 200’s 181’s, 165’s 148’s, ect. Gym lifts are accepted into this thread, but it has to be locked at least briefly, and not hitched.
I’ll go first for posting videos/giving information. I am a 15 year old who plans to start competing in Delaware/Maryland, and have so far gotten a completely raw 330 squat, a 240 bench press, and a 390 deadlift as gym lifts. I weigh around 165-167, and I am looking for some time of goals to reach, as I am sure a few other people who haven’t competed yet are too.
I apologize for the video quality/having to record something that was already recorded on a phone.
It feels pretty awesome to be hanging with so many strong people to get a 2.75XBW deadlift. I train conjugated, and will be posting videos of new deadlift PR’s, either a ME variation, or conventional stance off of the floor.
I’ll need to hit 462 to reach 2.75, at 168 and 39 years old. I did 405 at a 168 a month ago, and I felt like I could have gotten 415-420. My my goal is to accomplish it before I turn 40.
Anyone else have a projected timeline to complete their race to 2.75?
