Been slowly stocking up on pasta and beans!

The daily weights I’m up to now and intensity are paying off to incorporate these foods daily now! It’s awesome!

I have a stock of canned fish and frozen shell fish and I’m gonna get calamari too (not breaded). Lots of canned oysters in water.

I’m mixing this stuff in the pasta and adding beans to things, I’m basically getting a can or more of every “bean” there is “like best in show” and the “nuts” lol.
I’ve got simple fast home made ways to get a quick sauce or I just use natural diced tomato sauce.

The get the expensive natural homemade pastas too, had a good thick rotini pasta with steamed shrimp at 11pm last night!

Time to get thick as frick!

Saturday

Squats -
114# x133 reps

Got it done! I had a beer headache too all day. It’s gone now.

It took me 30 minutes to do 2-lighter sets before I hit that.

It does not matter, I will take all the time I need. The most important thing is progress here, everytime I do 100+ rep squats and progress 1# and 1rep I get better overall at everything else, everything and I’m starting to feel that my body becomes that amount of steel that I’m squatting!

It’s also 80degrees today, I was sweating !

I took the hound for a walk and ate a delicious sugar bee apple for recovery.

Leg of Lamb was made. This was never a thing for me growing up.

For the last 18 years I get to eat it here and there.

It’s great and so tender, but I still don’t find myself devouring it like other meat sources.
