Thumbless thick dumbbell curls

I started months ago eating a can of tuna with hummus and unsalted roasted peanuts (from the shell) like every other day.

I now eat this every morning, I think it’s really aiding in muscle building. It’s just an easy convenient meal to suck down for extra protein and the peanuts and hummus of course help this aid.

It’s not really about health but tuna is better than nothing and hummus is a lot better than mayo cause I could not handle plain tuna daily, gross.

These were trying to keep the he body upright squats, traps feel worked via keeping the body upright.

Front squat with hammer bar
Goal was 2-sets of 5 with 150

I got 150 x5, 152 x6

This is the most brutal front squat method I’ve ever encountered, the way the handles are keeps the elbows pointing down and this just nails the lats and erectors in ways that take my breath away. I think these are going to produce steel back!

Going to sleep last night was interesting as those front squats had fried my middle erectors. Waking up today I’d never of thought I’d be foing the following-

Squats - 112# x130 reps (probably 10 minutes).

Going into this I was thinking of only doing 100reps cause my erectors were rocked, AND the weather is warm now, first session like this of the year.
Once I hit 100, I might as well go for the next mark.

That does not mean there are times I’ll only do 100. Anyway I was sweating from that.

All I see on the tube is mass hype and hysteria, so that is always the shit to tune out.

Here is a guy I found who isn’t being political, he seems to know some stuff.

As far as politics go, my opinion stands that mega not necessarily T himself because T is and always been the ultimate BSer but mega are part of mass hysteria also. If they couldn’t see that the Rs are the swamp and T told you along with FOX that the Rs needs to rule the house and senate and you don’t like what’s happening or are worried, well they couldn’t see the Rs are the swamp? And FOX loves all this.

This was planned, can’t train Thursday evening, doing something.

My lats and erectors were hurt so much on Wednesday.

All I can really do is calves, hamstring curls, neck. Anything else needs to be pencil neck stuff.

Feeling better but ain’t doing much till Friday.

Made sure to get plenty of food in the last couple days, actually eating meals within 2hours at times.
Cans of tuna/makeral/oysters everyday, adding pasta into that mix as well.

Floor press wide grip-

3-sets of 2 with 210-215.

Barbell curls 3-sets of 50 adding weight each set.

The last set of curls took me to the utter max being strict in which the top of my forearms were so engorged and solid and swollen, I’ve never seen that before from doing curls.

The first 2-sets intensely nailed my biceps but that 3rd set was the ultimate one to incorporate the top of forearms and that happened due to my hands squeezing the bar to the utter max, my feet were shaking, the back of my head….i could feel that area even getting worked.

The second set absolutely rocked me! I have a few lagging pains. I strained my hamstring again on the 216 squats and I’ve had a pain in my collar for months that was about gone.
The second set triggered all that shit but I’m thinking it’s just rebuilding those areas.
My lower back was great!

This was the first time ever doing multiple sets with a load like this!

This guy IMO is on the ball.

T is consistently pulling BS out his azz every day in which the whole situation is dynamic and that’s the life T lives. I get it.

But when I see his rallies he knows his audience and uses the right words for his audience. His audience are (and it’s obvious just looking at them) the stupidest people in the nation. They might be smart at managing their own money or whatever they are doing to just look out for them, but they are just gullible idiots. Same with the other side, it’s all the same. They are idiots though because they think the person talking is really a savior to them. Yeah words like “that person is going to start WW III” “the price of eggs” all that shit.

Focused on legs in which doing 20 reps forces you to keep that erectors engaged so I got the same leg/erector pump!

In regards to this being related to T, I’m seeing it as this conflict is using Christian propaganda for sure and I believe the true goal is some sort of wealth.

For me, I don’t agree with the conflict because I don’t think we should be involved at all, period. I’m selfish in our own economic price of this. To me it has nothing to do with fearing the spread of a dangerous religion as I feel they are all dangerous and I’m scared of all of them just like the use of Christianity in this current one. I don’t judge Ts faith, he shows he has no issues if people die to get some job done.
