Well, I don’t think I am the one to ask. But, it seems many on this site are having good luck with mountain dog style training.
Obviously, if you are looking to bring up a bodypart than a decent amount of volume is in order.
I personally like CT’s band and ring work for back. If you haven’t tried it, it would likely get you some growth just by virtue of being a new stimulus.
