Self-taught from the get-go.
When I started I was at 124 with absolutely NO chest.
My biggest hurdle, still, is chest.
If anyone can give me any advice or tips on increasing my upper chest size, I would love it! I’ve been working out on and off for 10 years, but the last 3 years or so I’ve been committed, and often my goals change. I’m currently trying to be well rounded in balance and strength. I want to be able to walk on my hands for 100 yards by end of the year.
