hey everyone,
Started lifting 9 months ago. Never touched a weight and was the typical lanky teenager who wanted to get stronger and build some muscle.
I started at 150 lbs at 6"0. Now i am sitting around 180lbs. Im guesstimating 15% bodyfat but not sure. Looking to bulk up to 200 and then cut.
my lifts are:
squat: 440lbs (463 with wraps)
bench: 200lbs (paused)
deadlift: 450
(OHP: 143lbs)

nope.
My posterior chain is quite strong (lacking quads tho)
You should train your tricep and learn proper bench technque this will help you a lot.
big difference in that squat to bench.Im always thrown off my kgs…
I train hard and with a good program for powerlifting.

as you can see my chest is my lagging muscle group. So my bench is low, and my close grip bench is stronger than wide grip. It has always been this way but progressing steadely.
