I’ve only been lifting about a year. I can bench about 340. I’m 5’9" and 190 pounds, 26 years old. Arms 17" BF 13% I’m not trying to compete or anything, I just want to get BIG AS FUCK! Would like any advice on getting as huge as possible. (without juice) Also, would like tips on diet to get bigger. I eat everything and can’t put on weight. I’m stuck at 190, I want get to like 215
