Thank You

I work at the Pentagon and was there on September 11. It’s a day that I’ll never forget, but what hit me even more is the incredible amount of support from all the T-men and T-vixens on this board and all the support from the communities. It’s given me a new respect for our country, our military, and our people.

Within minutes of the attack, after we had been cleared out, there was chaos as people were trying to figure out what had happened. Though many were shaken, what amazed me was how quickly the military got organized. It didn’t matter what service branch you were in or the rivalries they had, they pulled together as one.
Seeing the volunteers who are making sandwiches and distributing food to our workers also made my heart beat proudly.

If you’re a T-man/vixen who is helping out in your area or serving in the military. I’d like to shake your hand, but since I can’t do that here, all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just know whatever you’re doing to help, no matter how small, it does matter.
