A Big Shout out to the crew!!Been home for two days.Trained on tuesday with 63galaxie.Bench was off but I weigh 185 now lost eight pounds out there.Gonna go down to 181 class.

Maybe I can set all those state records when I get the chance to compete again.I was still sore from my oilfield work when I trained on tuesday.I also moved my grip in a full three fingers.That is not going to work for me.I’m a wide grip bencher.

I started to catch my groove in my inclines.I will have to train by feel over the next couple of months adjusting to my work and lower weight class.Thats all I had time for on tuesday as the family commitments called.

I’m kinda sore since I had not trained in two and a half weeks.Gonna use my trainig shirt for my second bench day this week.Back to work on 10-13.So I will play it by feel.Boy I miss trainig regular.I can see some abs!!!TRAIN HARD!!! Jimmy T

QT- always a pleasure to hear from you.I swing a sledge hammer alot in the oilfield and can now appreciate the workout you posted with that work in it.

hel-thank you.I have 5 of my 6 kids together and it has been awesome.Puts it all in perspective.Mikey,Sean,63galaxie,Jimmie,Mary and me all training at the red neck jim.Gotta love it.

E-I still have to adjust to the weight class.I have all four state records in the m3 198 so we will give it a go at 181.I trained bench yesterday and I can see that after a few days rest from the oilfield I’m stronger and have more in the tank.Good to hear from you.

Hi to the crew and a great and safe weekend to all.I have been working my butt off in east Texas.Going back to the rig and location tonight.Had a week off and trained with my son Sean.Mikey is very involved in wrestling and looking forward to the spring lifting schedule.Not much to post about my training.I am doing lots of reps and keeping the pace fast.Mixing up the exercises and riding the bike.My weight is holding steady at 185 and my strenght level is good.Ya’ll keep TRAINING HARD! Thank you hel.I was on location for Thanksgiving and will be for Christmas as well.That is how my hitch falls and the family and I will celebrate the week before.Good to hear from you.My best to you and your family for the holidays.Gonna check the threads out the next couple of days and catch up on the crew.

QT-always a pleasure to hear from you.My weight is 180 right now.Gonna compete in june Texas State at 181.I have to train every other week.So right now I am still making some adjustments.Mikey and I started to train last night.We are going to do a series of mini cycles every other week and see what needs work.I am looking forward to the training and chasing some numbers at the 181 class.The work in the oilfield is exhausting and very physical and long.It takes a couple of days when I come home to get energized again.I train chest the second day home to start at a low intensity.
