Just read the last 2 pages of your thread to try & play ‘catch-up’…I hope that not working for the moment is OK in that ity allows you the freedom to be with your family & do some of the things you like doing. Try not to make up for lost time all in 1 or 2 workouts but make the most of the time off to set and attain some goals, as I know you are already doing.

Barry thinks the world of you & I hope that the time together was awesome for both of you. It’s reaslly neat that you can get together face-to-face & share something you both love doing & getting to know one another better too!

That’s some high volume deadlifting. Equally impressive are the ez curls. What you weighing now Jimmy? Damn near doing curls equal to your bw. Impressive as hell. Enjoy the family time.
