I take .5ml of Test C every other day or 3.5 ml per fortnight or 437.5mg of C per week on average. I also take 1mg Arimidex 2 times a week only. You can’t take one a day unless you’re a pregnant lady, who shouldn’t be on Testosterone anyway.
