Have you tried adding max-effort double-underhand deadlifts to your routine? All the pros do this 3-4x per week during their blasts for best results.

Ideally the Mod could have just deleted the links but instead whole posts were zapped. I get the idea my time could be better served in other venues and most dont want the help and even if they ask dont really want it.
