Also consider this information…based on where you sit currently does your testosterone protocol make sense to you?
Unless corrected IMO the OP wants muscle building to be like going to a fast food restaurant. He has no idea how much time and dedication is required to harvest a respectable physique. Many take at least a decade. I know that is what it took me
Yes it’s 1mg tablets. What would a more suitable dosage be?
To maximize strength and put on more lean muscle mass. More definition aswell
Agreed. 2 months in is not the time to add in AAS
Yeah you don’t need AAS, not yet anyway. You’ll really maximize your cycle when you learn how to build muscle naturally first. Then you just apply those same things into AAS and it clicks together.
You may feel great and have no side effects with no AI. If you are going to start with it from the get go, quarter the tabs, and take them with your shots. So 0.5 mg/wk. Should be low enough not to crash your E2 (at least in most cases).
I’d wait to see if you need it, unless you know you need it.
FTR, I do believe what the others are saying about waiting until you have trained longer / gotten results without drugs. Since it seems you are going to do the cycle, I am giving advise to hopefully get you through it smoothly.
Plenty have told you what you should do
Where’s your baseline blood work?
What is your plan after 10 weeks on testosterone?
Have you read this thread?
What were your conclusions from the thread I shared above?
Good question. Above someone said PCT, no response.
So, OP, what is your plan?
…
I don’t have a plan. I’d appreciate some guidance on that too.
Here’s a starting point:
The search function and making a thread before injecting would have really helped you.
Thanks for the honest assessment. Good luck with your trial.
run directly into a brick wall …“i don’t have a plan” great answer , we shouldn’t have to coddle this kid !! The world is going to shit cause we enable the dumb and weak.
I want to give @Warrenj one last attempt to maximize the benefits of the use of AAS.
To optimize the benefit of AAS, your training should be such that you can optimize the stimulus of the targeted muscle group. A new lifter came barely perform the exercise, and probably never come close to involving the percentage of muscle tissue that a seasoned lifter. You can not stimulate a sufficient number of muscle fibers to warrant the risk involved to get a minimal benefit of AAS. That usually takes the lifter about two years of training. Get these easy gains naturally. They become permanent.
Sure gains will be easy with AAS, but not necessary. Once you get a good start naturally and your strength and size gains plateau, look first at your training and diet. Adjust your diet and change your training routine. Eventually gains slow and plateau and stay plateaued, then and only then, you weigh the risk/benefit ratio of introducing AAS.
IMO, essentially using AAS now is equivalent to wasting AAS (that you could use a few years down the road.)
Hours of my time down the drain with Mod deleting prior posts that linked to ExcelMale. My fault. Good luck everyone and take care!
Edit: At least one of @R4J 's posts got nuked with mine. Ok @R4J you are up. Good luck guys with his advice, logic, critical thinking .
You’re missing a bit of the details.
Due to many negative experiences over the years, we don’t allow links to other forums, and as such, had requested that @tareload no longer link to them.
I’ve encouraged them to stick around and keep posting, but I don’t think it worked.
Good to see you are self aware. Good job.
My fault for linking to other site and as per forum rules the Mod took out a bunch of posts.
I stand corrected.
