How Much Testicle Shrinkage on TRT?

To the folks on TRT,

How much will your testicles shrink? (assuming you don’t use HCG or equivalent)

I was diagnosed with low T and I am starting TRT. My balls are already pretty big. (So much for the correlation between ball size and T levels when natural)

Does is it look or feel gross when they are small?

Do women tend to have an issue with this?

Thanks in advance

Maybe 20% for me. Mine have always been small though.

But I have my priorities:

Who cares about the size of the balls
if the Bat is working???

OTOH maybe you are a nude model or porn star and your balls are on display a lot.

I can deal with 20%.

But just concerned about my boys, might be weird if they got really small.

Trust me, you will be so happy to

–have your libido and erections back
–have your energy back
–have your personality back (not the irritable one you have now
–have your mental clarity back
–have your joy in being alive back

Things got so bad for me it was like I had dropped 50 IQ points – I couldn’t learn anything new, I even started using the wrong words in sentences.

So at least for me smaller balls is a good tradeoff.

BEST OF LUCK!

One issue is that some guys will feel a 24x7 ache in their testes. hCG fixes that.

Size is one thing, having your scrotum pulled up tight is another.

With Androgel, shrinkage was 50 per cent. The firmness went away as well, they became squishy blobs of who knows what.
Recently went to injections, and within approx 10 days, size and firmness came back to the original. No hcg, and taking adex.
No idea why this occured, but I’m not complaining.

Testicular atrophy isn’t just a cosmetic issue.

Dr. Crisler sums it up:

HCG stabilizes serum [testosterone] levels, prevents testicular atrophy, helps rebalance expression of other hormones, and brings reports of greatly increased sense of well-being and libido.

It’s the “rebalance expression of other hormones” effect that is a legitimate medical benefit and the “greatly increased sense of well-being and libido” is really why most guys get into TRT in the first place!

Realistically, from everything I have read in the endo journals, the majority of docs doing TRT only see the need for HCG if you are trying to have a baby. Crisler is like the lone voice in the wilderness.

So this is what you will be up against if you are trying to add HCG to your TRT regimen. Some have had luck convincing their doctors. But for most it is going to be a hard sell.

JMHO opinion of course. Based on JMH experience, and some research.

GOOD LUCK.
