Testanabols Back on Baby Cycle Log

Finally i am about to start a new cycle, been too long.

Cycle will consist of 8 weeks of

100mg test prop ed
50mg dianabol ed (only 6 weeks)
0.25mg adex ed

pct

30 days nolva @ 20mg per day

The situation ive been in, which is explained else where in here somewhere, has lost me alot of muscle, im down from 260lbs at my biggest and best to 218lbs @ 11% bf.

Goal for this cycle will be to regain, hopefully quickly and easily 12 - 18lbs (muscle memory)

Training will be 6 days per week as follows

Day 1 : Back & Bi’s
Day 2 : Chest & Tri’s
Day 3 : Cardio & Abs and Flexibility
Day 4 : Core Conditioning & Swimming
Day 5 : Legs & Shoulders
Day 6 : Cardio, Abs and flexibility
Day 7 : Rest

Nutrition will be in the range of (subject to change)
Protein: 300 - 350g
Carbs: 500 - 700g
Fats: 120 - 200g

At most that puts me around 6000kcal per day, though if i exceed 235lbs quickly (prob wont) more calories will need to be added from past experience.

Updates will follow

Cycle begins monday

Great to see you back here, testanabol!

I’ll just bet you shoot past that goal well before this cycle is finished. I’ll be following this thread with interest.

Have a good cycle testanabol, cant go wrong with test p and dbol.

Short, sweet, simple. Splendid Testo!!

Great to see you back around mate!

Good luck and go kick ass now…

Just out of curiosity, what’s your pinning protocol since you’re using prop ED

Hussayn: how do you mean pinning protocol?

Do you mean site rotation?
If so i will be inj 100mg ed rotating from glute-glute, quad-quad, delt-delt. Thats it really, if any area gets too overused ill switch to calves.

First two inj have been L & R glutes.

Hope that answers your question.

I guess you don’t like ventro glutes?

testanabol, where do you inject calves, specifically? I tried today using the distal portion, using only an insulin pin, and immediately hit a nerve which had the entire muscle jumping around on me like crazy. Needless to say I pulled it out and put it back into an area a few mms away. I can only imagine the havoc that could possibly be wreaked with regular use of a 23g…

Dynamo: i dont mind ventro glutes, i had problems with the muscles in the glute area (piriformis specifically) which VG inj seemed to aggravate so im still wary lol.

Cortes: for IM calf injections i go for the gastrocnemius (the biggest muscle in the calf set) with no problems, i find the key is to go for the deepest part of the muscle belly though i can be a problrm hitting nerves.
Whats wrong with 23’s?? stop being a pussy
i got 25’s coming this week lol

I’ve got no problem at all with 23’s. Just so long as I’m not sticking them into my calves!

Calves will always be my favorite. For some reason the further away from my face I inject the calmer I am. Needless to say I get all panicky when I inject the delts.

Quick update while i have a minute on a PC.
Dianabol is taking effect nicely and i look like a bag of water

Trained Shoulders & Legs today, best workout ive had in a long time and took a sauna afterwards try and get rid of some damn water retention; never works mind you lol

Leg training wasnt anything fantastic, Only managed 3 plates a side on front squat and hit 6 plates a side on the leg press, though i wish i hadnt have now as i have a dull familiar ache in my glutes (piriformis syndrome) not sure if it is that but am gonna get some stretching and releasing done before i sleep tonight.

Has anybody heard that JJB gyms might be closing down? Not that i really like JJB gyms but its nice and local for me at the moment.

Anyway, shoulder training was awsome, did the basic routine of heavy overhead press, lat raises, front raises, upright rowes etc and still had plenty left in the tank so went for a few sets of negatives with dumbells and then some one arm heavy presses, well, the dumbells in that gym only go to 50kg so i used those with relative ease.

weight up to 224lbs already though it is 6lbs of water lol

We have to figure out how to avoid this dbol lower back pain…

GREEAAA–AAAT to have you back Testanna… :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Simple effective cycle. cant go wrong there.

I personally steer clear of saunas and spas anyway.
I used to be a DM for a Large British Fitness and Lesiure Centre, i know that they are a breeding ground for bacteria, other peoples body matter from shit (small pieces - dangleberries, winnits, clingons - whatever) skin and pubic hair…

I know that the chlorine is often going to kill most if not all bacteria but the heat and the atmosphere is a breeding ground for the shit.

A small variance in chlorine levels (very very very easily done) and it is not safe IMO.
Same with sterm rooms… the fat excreted via sweat on the walls, floor and seats daily in those places is not nice - and trust me, 16-21 year old cleaners aren’t the most thorough of workers!

Cycle is great… fucking boring though. Thats my cruise… heh!

Okay Brook, you just convinced me to never start going to saunas!

[quote]bushidobadboy wrote:
I would stay away from the sauna mate. It is the opposite to what is actually needed for swift recovery.

You have just traumatized the muscle; the last thing they want is to be made hotter thereby increasing inflammation and tissue damage.

The reason that pro-athletes use cold water immersion, cryotherapy, etc is to control the amount of amuscle tissue damage incurred by training, so that they can train more frequently.

With a sauna, you are effectively ‘cooking’ the muscle, not promoting recovery.

However, saunas on non-training days are a different story.

Never really thought of that actually mate, makes sense though, Oh well, i get bored after 2 minutes in the fucker anyway so i wont miss them.

Brook; yeh the cleaning staff aint exactly meticulous in their work so yet another reason to avoid the fucker i guess.
Yeh cycle is boring but i only have a limited period i can get away with being on for so this just seemed like the easiest thing to do.

I think the next cycle will be alot more interesting. For a start it will have GH in it i hope… we will see.

Off to a proper gym today at least.
