I have gyno from abusing roids while living overseas. This was almost 3 years ago that it started. Since returning to Australia I decided to see my doctor for possible fixes other than surgery. I heard letro was quite effective on some.
He said my test results came back normal. He is sending me to get an ultra sound on my chest next week. He also suggested that I can go on testestorone injections to see if it helps.
Anyone have experience with this?

What retarded doctor would suggest testosterone to reduce gyno? Testosterone is the reason males get gyno from its aromatisation. The ultrasound is just a protocol we have to issue to check for any tumour growth etc.
Letro has been known to reverse some gyno but I believe once it has hardened to form lumps only surgery can remove it.

Low testosterone causes acute fat accumulation in the pectoral region
Fat gain around the pectoral region (pseudogynecomastia) is NOT the same as true gynecomastia (which is from hormonal imbalances), the hardening of breast tissue under the areola. Gynecomastia can be uneven in either breast, fat gain will be more uniform.
Also he has stated that his gyno is from AAS abuse, I dont know where this fat topic has come from.
OP do you have hard lumps under or around your nipples?

I’m aware, I’m saying that is what the Doctor is thinking in prescribing T.
Clearly his doctor is incapable of interpreting his results since OP has said that his test has come back normal. So his MD is suggesting driving his test to supraphysiological levels to try to rid the gyno, how does that work?
Obviously I’ve been taught completely wrong in the last 4 years I’ve been studying medicine. Was I to dish out any advice like that I would have the GMC on my back like white on rice. Not taking a crack at you PTD, just pissed that we allow the award of an MD to clearly undereducated and potentially dangerous people.

Yes a small lump under one nipple. very tender and sore when pressure on either side. Still get tingling occasionally. Not sure if I should suggest to doctor to precribe me letro or epi? He seems quite open. I figured to take in some document on both of the meds incase he has no experience in the matter. Or I could pay 180 dollars to see a specialist.
Both sides seem to have large amount of fatty tissue build up mostly though.
Anymore advice? I really am not sure whether to go back to the doctor or not. I mean he studied medicine I would think he knows what he is doing ;/ . Since he is quite open should I suggest letro. if he still persist on trying test can I also ask if i have letrozole as well. Any suggestions? Getting nervous about the whole thing.

How long has this lump under the nipple been there for? Because you say its still tender and sore it leads me to believe it is still in the early stages and letro could very well reverse this or at least halt its progression.
